Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's overall goals and drive profitability.
Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to improve decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Holds a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) to ensure technical expertise and credibility.
Brings extensive experience (10+ years) in financial management, with a proven track record of success.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
