Join a major player in the Health sector, whose expertise is recognized. The company is actively looking for a CFO / Chief Accountant to join its teams in Khémisset, Laarch, and Hoceima. This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial and accounting function within a dynamic and growing organization.

Your role will be central in managing and optimizing the company's financial resources. You will ensure the reliability of accounting and tax information, while actively contributing to the organization's financial strategy. You will be responsible for economic performance and operational compliance.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervision of account keeping and preparation of financial statements.
• Cash management and optimization of financial flows.
• Coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing operations.
• Preparation of budgets and monitoring of their execution.
• Management of the company's taxation and regulatory monitoring.
• Management and development of the accounting team.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher, ideally with a specialization in Management, Accounting, Finance, or in the Health / Social sectors.

A confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is required. This period should have allowed you to develop solid expertise in accounting and financial management.
