Senior Accountant – High Performance Role | HealPath

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Accountant to join our operations team. This role requires ownership, accuracy, and speed in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Who We Are Looking For:

- 3–5 years of solid accounting experience (not entry-level)

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- CMA / CPA (or in progress) is a strong plus

- Strong ERP experience (Odoo is a plus)

- Solid knowledge of Egyptian VAT, withholding tax, and the e-invoicing / e-receipt (ETA) system

- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, lookups)

- Good English for reporting and system work

- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical services is highly preferred

- Proven ability to handle full-cycle accounting independently

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage end-to-end accounting operations

- Perform monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting

- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash flow tracking

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

- Support e-invoicing processes and system integrations

- Review and support the work of junior accountants

- Coordinate with operations, billing, and management teams

- Identify gaps and drive process improvements
