Job Description

Hayaa Fashion is looking for a General Accountant with medium-level experience to join our accounting team in Nasr City. The role covers full day-to-day accounting for our branches, with a focus on inventory and sales tracking in the ready-made clothing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full general accounting cycle (journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable)

• Record and track daily financial transactions across all four branches

• Prepare periodic financial reports using advanced Excel

• Enter and follow up on data in the company's ERP system

• Track inventory and sales, linking them to financial reports

• Assist with periodic stock counts and reconciliations between branches

• Coordinate daily with branch teams on financial notes or discrepancies

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a General Accountant, preferably in retail or the clothing sector

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, financial functions, data analysis)

• Previous hands-on experience with ERP systems

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent

• Strong communication skills and good soft skills (organized, professional when dealing with branches and colleagues)

• High accuracy and commitment to reporting deadlines
