Job descriptionResponsibilities and Duties
* Record and review daily accounting entries and transactions.
* Monitor daily hotel revenues and reconcile with booking systems and sales points.
* Review revenues from rooms, restaurants, and other services.
* Conduct Daily Revenue Audit / Night Audit and review discrepancies.
* Monitor client and vendor accounts and perform necessary reconciliations.
* Prepare and review invoices, expenses, and financial claims.
* Monitor accepted and paid transactions and ensure they match the records.
* Prepare periodic financial reports and submit them to management.
* Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
* Perform banking procedures and review accounts.
* Monitor inventory and costs, especially food and beverage costs.
* Adhere to established financial policies and accounting systems.
* Collaborate with reception, sales, purchasing, food and beverage, and human resources departments.
* Prepare necessary documents and reports for internal and external audits.
SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in hotel accounting
Experience with Odoo and Easy software
