Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Financial Operations: Oversee and execute all aspects of general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Ensure Financial Reporting Accuracy: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insightful data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain Compliance: Adhere to local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies, ensuring robust financial governance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, identifying variances and contributing to financial planning.
• Bank and Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and other financial statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance accounting procedures and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with various teams, including administration and banking partners, to ensure seamless financial operations and support business objectives.

Skills & Technologies:

You will leverage your proficiency in Accounting principles, Financial Management, and core Finance concepts. Experience with Financial Reporting, General Ledger management, and meticulous Reconciliation is essential. Your expertise in Budgeting, alongside strong command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with various ERP Systems, will be critical. A solid understanding of Compliance standards, coupled with excellent Data Analysis and foundational Auditing skills, will set you apart.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Financial Reporting, General Ledger operations, and meticulous Reconciliation processes.
• Analytical Prowess: Proven ability in Budgeting, Data Analysis, and a foundational understanding of Auditing concepts.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and practical experience with various ERP Systems.
• Regulatory Knowledge: A firm grasp of financial Compliance standards and best practices.
