???? We’re Hiring | Accounting Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Team Leader to join our team and take responsibility for leading and supervising the accounting operations.

???? Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support the accounting team.

• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports.

• Manage AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing.

• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations and accounting standards.

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.

• Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

• Provide management with accurate financial insights and reports.

???? Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with proven experience in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Good command of English.
