JOB VACANCY: GENERAL ACCOUNTANT – GOLD TRADING EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

About ESLY Signature Gold Trading LLC

ESLY Signature Gold Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

The ideal candidate must have prior accounting experience in a Gold Trading Company and hands-on experience with Orosoft Technovating Metals software.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.

* Maintain accurate daily financial records.

* Perform daily gold inventory reconciliation between physical stock and accounting records.

* Record and reconcile gold purchases, sales, stock movements, and inventory valuation.

* Monitor gold pricing and related financial transactions.

* Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

* Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

* Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

* Handle UAE VAT (5%) calculations, reconciliations, and filing.

* Assist with UAE Corporate Tax (9%) compliance.

* Prepare financial documents required for external audits.

* Maintain accurate records for high-value gold transactions.

* Support AML/CFT-related compliance requirements.

* Manage customer and supplier ageing.

* Assist with payroll and MOHRE/WPS requirements.

* Support month-end and year-end closing.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. Gold Trading Company accounting experience – MANDATORY

2. Orosoft Technovating Metals software experience – MANDATORY

Candidates who do not meet the above two mandatory requirements may not be considered.

Skills

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.

* Previous accounting experience in a Gold Trading Company is mandatory.

* Hands-on experience with Orosoft Technovating Metals software is mandatory.

* Strong understanding of gold inventory and commodity accounting.

* Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

* Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial analysis.

* Experience with Odoo, Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is an advantage.

* Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

* Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling high-value transactions.

* Good command of English.

* Ability to work independently and meet month-end closing deadlines.

Preferred

* UAE/Dubai accounting experience.

* CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA qualification/semi-qualified status.

* Experience with precious metals or commodity trading.

* Knowledge of UAE AML/CFT compliance requirements.

* Additional experience with Odoo or other accounting/ERP systems.
