We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior International Security & Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will serve as the bridge between complex global regulatory environments and our multinational clients. You will be responsible for monitoring international legal landscapes, interpreting enforcement trends, and delivering actionable information to mitigate cross-border risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy & Regulatory Monitoring: Systematically track and analyze public policy, legislative changes, and regulatory shifts within the judicial and law enforcement sectors across designated countries.
• Information Collection & Interpretation: Gather, synthesize, and interpret data from public sources, including law enforcement case studies, joint operational reports, government gazettes, congressional hearing records, and industry white papers.
• Risk Assessment & Advisory: Translate complex legal and security findings into clear, concise risk assessments. Provide early-warning alerts and strategic recommendations to help clients navigate potential legal liabilities and security threats in foreign jurisdictions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven professional experience in a relevant capacity. Candidates with backgrounds in government agencies, law enforcement bodies, intelligence/information analysis firms, or international organizations are strongly preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to distill complex legal and security data into high-quality professional reports and executive summaries.
• Soft Skills: High level of integrity, strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
