Job Description

• Maintain and review inventory accounting records and ensure their accuracy.

• Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between warehouse and accounting records.

• Prepare and review landed cost / actual costing for imported shipments and goods.

• Monitor inventory costs and ensure proper accounting treatment.

• Review COGS and ensure accurate recording.

• Investigate costing and inventory discrepancies and coordinate with Warehouse and Finance teams to resolve them.

• Use ERP systems and Excel to prepare and analyze inventory and costing reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Commerce.

• 1–3 years maximum of relevant accounting experience, with solid hands-on exposure to inventory and costing.

• Practical experience in Inventory Accounting & Costing.

• Strong Excel skills.

• ERP experience is required; Odoo is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strongly preferred: experience with imported goods and landed-cost calculations.

• Good understanding of Inventory Accounting, COGS & Inventory Reconciliation.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate discrepancies between warehouse, costing, and accounting records.
