Assist with daily accounting transactions, invoices, receipts, and payment records.???? Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.???? Maintain accurate financial records and ensure accounting information is properly organized.???? Assist with bank reconciliations and routine account reconciliations.???? Prepare invoices, expense records, statements, and basic financial reports.???? Review financial documents for accuracy and identify discrepancies when required.???? Support month-end and year-end closing activities.???? Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding accounting matters.???? Assist senior finance team members with reporting, analysis, and administrative tasks.???? QUALIFICATIONS✅ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.✅ 3+ years of professional accounting or finance experience preferred.✅ Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.✅ Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.✅ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.✅ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.✅ Ability to manage confidential financial information professionally.⭐ Experience with Excel, accounting software, ERP systems, or finance platforms is an advantage.????
