We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions within the organization. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the audit process.
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Maintain and update the general ledger and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review.
- Assist in implementing internal controls and financial policies to improve processes and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on local regulations, tax codes, and financial best practices relevant to the UAE market.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role, preferably within the UAE or international market.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and statutory requirements in the UAE.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
