• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments specific to food and beverage suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, with a focus on departmental profitability.
• Oversee inventory costing and valuation, reconciling stock takes and identifying discrepancies to minimize waste and optimize purchasing.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
• Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically within the UAE restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle NetSuite) and POS systems commonly used in the industry.
