We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial activities of our Company. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring inventory-related transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

• Monitor sales, purchases, and inventory transactions specific to computer parts.

• Process VAT returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding payments and account settlements.

• Maintain accurate records of wholesale and retail transactions.

• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial planning.

• Work closely with management to provide financial insights for business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 0-1 years of accounting experience (preferably in computer parts industry).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.

• Good understanding of VAT and local financial regulations.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
