• Prepare and analyze product and recipe costing to ensure accurate cost calculations.

• Monitor food and beverage costs and analyze cost fluctuations.

• Calculate and monitor COGS, food cost, and beverage cost.

• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.

• Analyze inventory variances, wastage, shortages, and overages and investigate discrepancies.

• Monitor purchasing, receiving, storage, and consumption processes from a costing perspective.

• Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and management reports.

• Analyze actual costs versus standard/budgeted costs and identify variances.

• Review purchase prices and supplier invoices to ensure accurate costing.

• Maintain and update costing sheets, recipes, BOMs, and item master data.

• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Restaurant teams to control costs.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improve overall cost efficiency.

• Ensure proper allocation and recording of direct and indirect costs.

• Support month-end closing activities and prepare relevant costing reports.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of costing and inventory-related financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, preferably within F&B, restaurants, hospitality, or food manufacturing.

• Strong practical experience in inventory control, product costing, COGS, and variance analysis.

• Strong understanding of food & beverage costing and recipe costing.

• Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

• Experience using ERP/accounting systems; restaurant management systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to analyze large amounts of financial and operational data.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
