. Costing & Import Cost Calculation

- Calculate the actual cost of each product, including lamps, panels, electrical switches, sockets, exhaust fans, and ceiling fans.

- Calculate the complete landed cost of imported products, including purchase price, freight, transportation, customs duties, clearance fees, and other related expenses.

- Calculate the total landed cost of each shipment in EGP.

- Allocate freight, customs, clearance, and other overhead costs accurately and fairly across products.

- Analyze product costs and monitor changes in cost components.

2. Pricing & Market Analysis

- Prepare and maintain different selling price levels for each product:

- Wholesale Price.

- Semi-Wholesale Price.

- Retail / Technician Price.

- Monitor competitors' prices and market prices, particularly in the Egyptian electrical products market, including El Ataba and El Fagala markets.

- Prepare regular price comparison reports and highlight significant market differences.

- Recommend promotional offers, discounts, and product bundles while maintaining targeted profit margins.

- Set and monitor target profit margins for different product categories.

Requirements

• - 3–7 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Pricing.

  - Previous experience in Electrical Products, Sanitary Ware, Building Materials, Trading, or Import Companies is required.

  - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

  - Strong understanding of import costing, customs duties, freight, and clearance expenses.

  - Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

  - Ability to analyze costing and pricing data and provide recommendations to management.

  - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting Major.

  - Experience with Odoo, Daftra, or other ERP / Accounting Systems is preferred.
