• Variance Analysis: Monitor actual operational and production costs against approved budgets, highlighting discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, monthly cost forecasts, and profitability reports

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and review the work of cost accountants, general ledger staff, and finance analysts

• Implement and maintain robust internal control policies for cost-related transactions and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on project, or operational costing.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and financial data analysis tools
