Objective:

·Responsible for the organization’s financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, reviewing, and presenting accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
  
• Analyzing activities to identify trends, optimizing costs, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
  
• Establishing and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  
• Coordinating external audit processes, addressing and resolving audit queries in a timely manner.
  
• Ensuring completion of statutory financial statements and disclosures in line with regulatory requirements.
  
• Handling tax-related activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Collaborating cross-functional support for financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• IFRS is Plus.
  
• 5-7 years of experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  
• Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  
• Proficiency in company/tax laws and regulations.
  
• Preferred ODDO
  
• Strong Financial Analysis.
