Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and accounting records.Prepare and review journal entries, trial balances, and financial reports.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and perform regular reconciliations.Conduct bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Monitor cash movements, receipts, payments, and expenses.Support monthly and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, leave, and indemnity provisions.Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper accounting records.Prepare payroll-related reports and coordinate payroll accounting requirements.Support the preparation and review of project and tender-related financial information, budgets, costs, and supporting schedules.
