Job Description

Require qualified candidates with strong Oil & Gas experience, preferably with EPC and/or Shutdown & Turnaround (SD/TA) project experience.

• 12+ years of total experience in Cost Control / Cost Engineering.

  
  
  

• Strong Contractor-side experience specifically in Shutdown / Turnaround (SD/TA) projects - mandatory.

  
  
  

• Must have hands-on experience in mechanical shutdown/turnaround projects within Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery.

  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.

  
  
  

• Primavera P6 experience - mandatory.

  
  
  

• Strong knowledge of cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, progress measurement, and variance analysis for SD/TA projects.

  
  
  

• Experience handling contractor/subcontractor costs, manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity costs.

  
  
  
  

Salary : Basic SAR 8000 - 14000

Food ,Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by Co

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

Additional certification in Cost Control / Project Controls / Quantity Surveying will be an advantage.
