We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience, preferably within the construction, contracting, or interior design industry , with a good understanding of project-based accounting, expenses, invoices, and financial reporting.

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable accounts , including client and supplier balances.
• Track project-related costs, expenses, and budgets.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate cash and bank records.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams regarding project costs and payments.
• Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with payroll, employee expenses, and other administrative accounting matters.
• Prepare documentation and records required for VAT and other applicable tax requirements.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, and clients when required.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and Saudi financial regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• 3+ years of accounting experience , preferably in construction, contracting, or interior design.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with project costing and cost tracking is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of VAT and accounting requirements in Saudi Arabia .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent English ; Arabic is an advantage.

• Progress billing and client invoicing.
• Purchase orders and project expense tracking.
• VAT and ZATCA-related accounting processes.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software such as Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems .
