Open Vacancy as #Collection Analyst with the following job description:#Responsibilities:• Monitor customer receivables, aging, overdue balances, and payment trends.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.• Analyze customer payment behavior and identify high-risk accounts.• Track collection KPIs including DSO, Collection Achievement %, Overdue %, and Aging Analysis.• Prepare Top Overdue Customers reports and support collection prioritization.• Monitor credit limits, payment terms, and customer exposure.• Reconcile customer balances and investigate discrepancies.• Analyze collection forecasts and expected cash inflows.• Develop Power BI dashboards and management reports.• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Credit Control.• Identify collection trends and recommend corrective actions.#Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.• 2–3 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Financial Analysis.• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).• Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing management presentations and reports.• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and reporting skills.#Preferred_Skills:• Power BI / Dashboard Development• Advanced Excel & Financial Modeling• Credit Risk & Customer Credit Assessment• Collection Forecasting & Cash Flow Analysis • Strong knowledge of DSO, Aging, Credit Limits & Payment Terms
