• Maintain accurate general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

• Monitor project-related expenses, costs, and budgets.

• Handle supplier, subcontractor, and client accounts.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and schedules.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on payments.

• Assist with project costing, cash flow, VAT, and audit requirements.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• not less than 3 years of UAE accounting experience, in construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, project costing, and VAT.

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

• UAE construction experience is preferred.
