Maintain accurate general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor project-related expenses, costs, and budgets.
Handle supplier, subcontractor, and client accounts.
Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and schedules.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on payments.
Assist with project costing, cash flow, VAT, and audit requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
not less than 3 years of UAE accounting experience, in construction.
Strong knowledge of construction accounting, project costing, and VAT.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
UAE construction experience is preferred.
