الوصف الوظيفي

Overseeing a portfolio of complex, high-risk audit engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. Acting as key advisor to the Engagement Partner on technical accounting, auditing, and risk matters. Leading, mentoring, and developing audit teams. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CFOs and Audit Committees. Directing engagement economics, including budgeting, resourcing, billing, and profitability. Leading quality control reviews and ensuring full compliance with firm methodology, ISA, and regulatory requirements. Driving business development, including leading proposals and expanding existing client relationships. Partnering with the Partner group on strategic initiatives, practice growth, and talent strategy.

Qualifications:

Years of experience: 8+Years in external audit, including 2-3 years at Manager level. Professional certification: CPA, SOCPA, or ACCA (required). Deep expertise in IFRS, ISA, and Saudi regulatory frameworks (SOCPA). Demonstrated track record managing complex client portfolios and multi-disciplinary teams. English level – Excellent; Arabic – Good.
