Overall, PurposeTo develop and prepare UAE National graduates for a career in auditing through a structured development program combining theoretical learning and practical audit experience, with the aim of building the knowledge, technical skills, and professional capabilities required to perform audit activities in line with recognized professional practices

Program & Key ResponsibilitiesThe program provides specialized training in audit and control areas together with practical on-the-job experience with audit teams. Participants will gain exposure to the audit cycle, including understanding business processes, identifying risks, collecting and analyzing audit evidence, supporting audit testing, preparing observations, and contributing to audit reports. The program also focuses on developing the professional competencies required for a career in auditing

Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance or AccountingFresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experienceMinimum GPA of 3.00Strong commitment to learning, professional development, and completion of the program
