Job :

As part of our activities, we are recruiting a Manager for the management of accounting activities, mainly responsible for missions with a clientele composed of major national and international players.

Missions and responsibilities:

• File supervision: Ensure the quality of accounting work carried out, by ensuring compliance with current standards.
• Planning and organization: Coordinate projects and ensure their delivery within the deadlines.
• Contribution to continuous improvement: Participate in the optimization of internal processes and the dissemination of best practices.
• Team management (eventually): Supervise, train, and support employees in their missions to promote their skill development.

Required profile :

For this position, you must:

• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an auditor or in a similar role, ideally with experience in an audit firm.
• Have a background in accounting and ideally the diploma of chartered accountant.
• Have an affinity for team management and talent development.
• Wish to move into a corporate role after experience in a firm.

Required skills:

For this position:

• You must possess strong leadership, challenge, and decision-making skills, a spirit of initiative, and great rigor in your work.
• You will need to have analytical and synthesis skills, be proactive and organized with good writing and oral communication skills.
• Good listening skills, as well as interpersonal and IT skills, are also necessary.
• Proficiency in SAP is also desired.
