Job : Moore Casablanca is recruiting a Group Chief Accountant as part of its business development.

• Supervise and coordinate the accounting of several group entities;
• Ensure the reliability of accounting closings and financial statements;
• Supervise the revision and analysis of accounts;
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations;
• Review and validate tax declarations;
• Manage and support the accounting team;
• Participate in the development and monitoring of financial reports;
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes;
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent;
• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager, ideally gained in a chartered accounting firm;
• Strong command of Moroccan accounting and tax laws;
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and tax obligations;
• Experience in team management and supervision;
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy;
• Sense of organization and responsibility;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
