Job Description

• Record and monitor all warehouse transactions on System.

• Review purchase receipts, stock transfers, sales deliveries, returns, and adjustments.

• Reconcile physical stock with system balances.

• Perform regular inventory counts and investigate differences.

• Monitor damaged, expired, and slow-moving inventory.

• Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly documented and approved.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Finance teams to resolve stock discrepancies.

• Prepare inventory and warehouse-related reports.

• Assist with month-end inventory closing and reconciliation.

• Ensure proper control over inventory movements.

• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse accounting or inventory control.

• Good understanding of inventory accounting.

• Good Excel skills.

• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is preferred.

• Previous experience in FMCG, distribution, trading, or e-commerce.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work with warehouse and finance teams.
