تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Manager- Accounts to lead and manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing receivables and payables, monitoring cash flow, ensuring timely statutory and tax compliance, overseeing inventory-related accounting, and providing management with accurate and timely financial reports.

The position requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage the complete accounting cycle while coordinating closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and overall financial operations.

- Oversee accounts of different divisions and branches and ensure proper consolidation and reporting.

- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.

- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

- Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, petty cash, and financial transactions.

- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports for Management.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable financial requirements.

- Coordinate payroll-related financial activities with HR.

- Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and cost control.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and budget-vs-actual reports.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.

- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Provide Management with financial analysis to support business decisions.

Role Expectations

The Manager – Accounts is expected to take complete ownership of the accounting function and ensure that Management has an accurate and up-to-date view of the company’s financial position at all times.

The role requires someone who is not limited to recording transactions but can actively monitor financial performance, identify risks, control costs, improve collections, strengthen financial processes, and support Management in making informed business decisions.
