Job Description

• Prepare and maintain standard costs for all products and production processes.

• Analyze direct materials, labor, and overhead costs.

• Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Perform monthly cost variance analysis and investigate deviations.

• Review BOMs (Bill of Materials) and routing structures.

• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing records.

• Participate in month-end closing activities related to costing.

• Analyze production efficiency and manufacturing performance indicators.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities with cost data.

• Prepare periodic cost reports for management.

• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and costing procedures.

• Assist in internal and external audits related to inventory and costing.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance cost control and profitability

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

• CPA or Cost Accounting Certification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Manufacturing Accounting. - Advanced Excel , Power BI ,and ERP Systems knowledge.
