ملخص الوظيفة

The Accountant plays a key role in supporting the companys financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records managing day-to-day accounting activities and assisting in reporting and compliance processes. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing and follow-ups.
  • Record daily transactions and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports (weekly/monthly).
  • Support month-end closing including journal entries accrals and reconciliations.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support budgeting forecasting and basic financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist with audits and tax filings in coordination with external parties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with vendors clients and auditors as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and accounting software.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
