"AR Accountant" is required for Reputable Real Estate Company located in October.

Responsibilities:

Verify all contracts data with commercial department before posting.
Record customer payments (cash, checks, transfers, etc.) and reconcile these payments received with customer ledgers.
Perform periodic reconciliations of AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Generate monthly AR aging report and highlight overdue balances.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Respond promptly to customers inquiries regarding their balances.
