• Description: Our client is a leading Big 10 Audit Firm in the field of External Audit. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven professional to join the team as an External Audit Manager based in Amman, Jordan, directly supporting our Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) practice. Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to foster relationships and understand ongoing business needs.
  2. Manage assurance engagements from planning through reporting to ensure premium service quality and timely delivery of deliverables.
  3. Understand and uphold the strict implementation of the firm’s standard audit methodology across all engagement phases.
  4. Assist in the design, implementation, adherence, and ongoing support of Quality Management programs initiated by the Firm.
  5. Support the growth and professional development of team members through internal L&D programs, career coaching, counselling, and defined career paths.
  6. Manage team performance evaluations and KPIs, actively helping associates achieve their professional goals.
  7. Invest continuously in personal and professional development through active participation in firm-wide learning and development initiatives.
  Candidate Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum requirement).
  • Certification: Active CPA or JCPA qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive external audit experience, preferably within a mid-tier to top-tier audit practice.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
