???? Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and process orders through the POS system.

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

• Manage online orders through platforms such as Toters, ensuring timely preparation, correct packaging, and prompt dispatch.

• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

• Assist customers with menu inquiries and promote menu items.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

• Report cash discrepancies and system issues to the Supervisor.

✅ Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

• Fluent in Arabic; basic English is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of the Omega system is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
