About PetroApp:

PetroApp is a smart fuel management technology company helping organizations gain greater control, visibility, and efficiency over their fuel consumption and distribution.

Our solution uses NFC technology to enable real-time fuel monitoring and reporting, helping companies reduce waste, improve accountability, and optimize their fuel operations.

Today, PetroApp is expanding across 4 countries: Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, and Nigeria, with a growing international team building technology solutions for the energy, transportation, and fleet management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verify invoice details, including prices, quantities, calculations, and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, duplicate invoices, and inconsistencies.
• Ensure invoices comply with agreed terms, company policies, and established procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of audited invoices and document any identified issues.
• Prepare audit reports and highlight recurring errors or areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in invoice auditing, accounts payable, accounting, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
