Job Description

Report to: Accounting Manager

Location: Al-Obour 1st Industrial Zone

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (Working days include Saturdays).

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Issue accurate invoices through the ERP system and generate official E-Invoices for customers.

• Collections & Credit Control: Monitor customer collections, aging accounts, and adhere strictly to credit limit policies.

• Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct monthly stock counts of sales representatives' inventory and reconcile results with warehouse balances.

• Sales & Financial Reporting: Prepare daily reports for sales, returns, and discounts categorized by sales channel and customer.

• Aging Analysis: Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly aging reports to track overdue balances and cash flow.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.

• Industry Background: Manufacturing background is required; FMCG experience is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience working with SAP ERP.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced features and data handling) and Word.

  • Strong overall computer literacy and ability to navigate digital tools efficiently.

• Competencies: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and good organizational abilities.
