Job Title: Accounts Assistant – ACCA Students & Part-Qualified Candidates

About the Role

NexBridge Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable for ACCA students, ACCA finalists, part-qualified accountants and recent graduates looking to develop practical experience in accounting and finance.

Candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply. We value a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records, ledgers and supporting documentation.
• Process sales and purchase invoices, payments and receipts.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Assist with VAT and corporate tax-related accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
• Support the finance team with daily accounting operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing ACCA, an ACCA finalist, or a graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to three years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must currently reside in the UAE and be available to work in Dubai.
