• Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Plan and supervise complete audit engagements, including risk assessment, materiality determination, and audit program design in coordination with the Manager.
  
• Supervise and review the work of the full field team, ensuring the audit file is complete, well-documented, and compliant with firm and regulatory quality standards.
  
• Resolve technical and logistical issues arising during fieldwork, escalating only significant judgmental matters to the Manager.
  
• Manage the client relationship throughout the engagement, including opening/closing meetings and communication of findings to client management.
  
• Own engagement economics — monitoring budget-to-actual hours, realization, and billing milestones, and proposing scope adjustments where needed.
  
• Draft the audit report, management letter, and key sections of the financial statements for Manager and Partner review.
  
• Lead performance evaluation input for team members and identify training needs within the engagement team.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Years of experience: 5-6 Years, in external audit.
  
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (master's an advantage).
  
• Fully qualified CPA / ACCA / SOCPA (or equivalent) required. Comprehensive command of IFRS, ISA, and local statutory and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  
• Demonstrated track record managing complex client portfolios and multi-disciplinary teams.
  
• Proficient in engagement management within audit software, including budget tracking and file review tools.
  
• English level – Excellent; Arabic – V. Good.
