Job Purpose

To support daily accounting operations by recording recoveries, processing journal entries, and performing reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records across departments.

Key Accountability Areas

Recovery Support:

• 
  
• Help process and record recoveries for:
  

1. 
   
2. Recruitment expenses
   
3. IT-related costs
   
4. Request for Proposals (RFCs)
   
5. Accrued Bonuses
   
6. Central Treasury recoveries
   
7. Restaurant-related expenses
   
8. 10% Recovery allocations
   
9. EAMAR Depreciation charges
   

Business Operations Tasks:

• 
  
• Support daily accounting and operations by preparing and entering records for:
  

1. 
   
2. Dependent Fees (Active & Inactive)
   
3. Iqama Fees (Active & Inactive)
   

• 
  
• Posting journal entries and helping with:
  

1. 
   
2. GL entries from divisions
   
3. Internal division entries
   
4. Exit Re-entry Settlements
   
5. Iqama & Dependent Settlements
   
6. Sponsorship Settlements
   
7. Profession Change/Engineering Association fees
   

• 
  
• Helping with visa-related entries and reconciling:
  

1. 
   
2. Visa Reconciliations
   
3. Travel invoice entries
   

• 
  
• Assisting in daily and monthly reconciliations:
  

1. 
   
2. Daily transaction checks
   
3. Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
   
4. Bank deposit confirmations (Ceramic – HO)
   
5. Coordination with other divisions for account matching

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or Any relevant field
