• ROLE SUMMARY

Assists manager by performing related duties. Supports staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees. Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

• Analyze the Accounts Receivables Bad Debt
• Confirming Payments to Vendors
• Validate Payroll Entries
• Validate Cash & Bank Reconciliation
• Validate Recorded Invoices on Accounting System
• Validate Accrued & Prepaid Expenses on Accounting System
• Validate Depreciation & Amortization on Accounting System
• Validate Lease IFRS16 
• Validate Marketing Expenses 
• Reviewing and Posting of Monthly Recurring Entries
• Reviewing and Confirming Monthly Trial Balance Closure
• Perform and Oversee Internal/External Audits
• Set-up and Monitor Accounting KPIs
• Assist Planning Team with Annual Budgeting
• Analyze the P&L for Cost Cutting & Profit Maximizing Opportunities
• Suggest Recommendations to Business Stakeholders
• Ensure Compliance with Governmental Law and Tax

· Other Tasks Assigned by the Direct Line Manager

• Analyze financial performance against best estimates and identify key variances, presenting findings to the Sr. Manager Finance.

  
  
  

• Ensure financial records reconcile accurately with inventory reports

  
  
  

• Validate the correct recording of NRV (Net Realizable Value) adjustments

  
  
  

• Collaborate with relevant departments to reduce variances identified through Talabat reports

  
  
  

• Follow up on requirements and instructions from the Sr. Manager Finance and communicate tasks to the team as needed.

  
  
  

• Monitor the team’s daily, weekly and monthly deliverables to ensure all submissions are completed within required deadlines

  
  
  

• Assist in internal and external audit activities

  
  
  

• Support the enhancement of internal controls across finance, commercial, and operational processes

  
  
  

What you need to be successful

WHAT DID WE ORDER?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably within a multinational or regional organization.

  
  
  

• Strong understanding of labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations in Egypt and/or MENA countries.

  
  
  

• Working knowledge of ERP and payroll systems (Microsoft Dynamics and Workday).

  
  
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.

  
  
  

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  
  
  

• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
