Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and intercompany balances.
Reconcile daily sales, cash deposits, and card settlements.
Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules.
Support month-end and year-end closing and prepare financial reports.
Assist with inventory reconciliation, cost tracking, and expense analysis.
Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
