  • Job Description

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build a strong career in accounting and gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

???? Job Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents, invoices, receipts, and vouchers
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
• Follow up on payments, collections, and outstanding balances
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Assist with tax files, audits, and official financial documentation when needed
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
