Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting tax returns and declarations within the required deadlines.
Support tax compliance activities related to corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and other applicable taxes.
Review invoices, accounting records, and supporting documents to ensure tax accuracy and compliance.
Assist in preparing tax reconciliations and analyzing differences between accounting records and tax reports.
Maintain organized and accurate tax files, records, and supporting documentation.
Support the preparation of tax reports and provide the required documents for tax inspections and audits.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect the information and documents needed for tax filings.
Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submission of required declarations and payments.
Use ERP systems, preferably Odoo, to retrieve and review financial and tax-related data.
Perform other tax-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Tax Accounting.
Good knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and applicable tax regulations.
Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fast learner with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
