الوصف الوظيفي

Job Description: A newly established commercial company specialized in detergent and personal care distribution in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle independently.

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Monitor sales transactions from invoicing to collection and follow up on customer outstanding balances

• Perform customer, supplier, and bank account reconciliations

• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations and physical inventory checks

• Process payroll and employee expenses, and ensure accurate financial records

• Monitor operating expenses and cost centers, and support budgeting activities

• Prepare financial reports and VAT filings, and ensure compliance with Saudi accounting and tax regulations Requirements:

• Jordanian nationality, currently living in Saudi Arabia

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or trading companies

• Proven experience handling the full accounting cycle independently

• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, receivables management, payroll, and financial reporting

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Saudi VAT regulations and local compliance requirements is highly preferred

• Professional certification (SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Fluent Arabic and English
