  • About the Role

house refresh is looking for a General Accountant to join their team in the Eastern Province, specifically in Al-Khobar and Dammam. The job holder will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports, and complying with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 2 years of experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Accurately recording and reviewing daily accounting entries and operations.
  • Managing customer and supplier accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Monitoring invoices, sales, purchases, expenses, and collection operations.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and matching financial accounts.
  • Monitoring inventory and matching associated financial operations.
  • Preparing financial reports and monthly and annual closings.
  • Monitoring VAT, e-invoicing, and ZATCA requirements.
  • Preparing revenue, expense, cash flow, and accrual reports.
  • Using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory systems in accounting operations.
  • Organizing and archiving financial documents and records systematically.
  • Submitting financial reports and observations to management periodically.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of practical experience in general accounting.
  • A good understanding of accounting principles and financial standards.
  • Ability to use accounting software; experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory is preferred.
  • Commitment to regulatory requirements related to taxes and customs.
Work Environment

The General Accountant works within the house refresh team in the Eastern Province, specifically in Al-Khobar and Dammam. The job is full-time and requires a commitment to managing daily accounting operations efficiently and accurately.

Salary

The monthly salary for this role ranges between 1,875 SAR and 3,750 SAR.
