Job Description

GL: Keeps the general ledger accurate for store and head-office operating expenses, taxes and intercompany balances: posts supported OPEX invoices and prepayments, files monthly VAT and withholding tax declarations on time, and reconciles intercompany and consignment balances in SAP S/4HANA, in line with IFRS as endorsed in KSA and Saudi regulations.

AP: Protects the accuracy of Company's Retailing Co.’s supplier liabilities and inventory cost: matches every supplier invoice to its purchase order and goods receipt before payment, resolves price, quantity and tax variances, clears goods-received-not-invoiced balances, and posts valid, ZATCA-compliant invoices in SAP S/4HANA, in line with IFRS as endorsed in KSA and Saudi VAT requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

  • Experience 2 years in general ledger accounting, preferably in multi-branch retail, including VAT and withholding tax

  • Technical skills SAP S/4HANA (FI); IFRS as endorsed in KSA; Saudi VAT, withholding tax and ZATCA e-invoicing; strong Excel for reconciliations and schedules

  • Competencies Accuracy and attention to detail; analytical thinking with persistent follow-through; clear communication with store managers and stakeholders; integrity and confidentiality; meets statutory and closing deadlines

  • Languages Excellent Arabic and English
