The Role: | Reporting to the General Manager, the Financial Administrator will oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting and full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements. | Key Responsibilities: | • Maintain accurate books of account, including bank, cash and gold inventory reconciliations | • Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoicing and supplier payments | • Administer monthly payroll through the Wage Protection System (WPS) | • Prepare and file VAT returns and maintain records for UAE Corporate Tax | • Maintain KYC and AML/CFT documentation in line with requirements for dealers in precious metals and stones | • Prepare monthly management reports and support the annual external audit Candidate Profile | • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline | • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a finance or accounting role, including UAE experience | • Proven experience with UAE VAT compliance • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Experience in the precious metals, jewellery or trading sector is highly desirable | • Professional qualification (ACCA, CMA or equivalent) is an advantage What We Offer | • Competitive remuneration package | • UAE employment visa and medical insurance • Annual leave and end-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law | • A professional working environment in the heart of Business Bay
