We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor construction project financial performance and cost control.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager role.
• Proven experience in the construction industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
