Abudhabi based Real estate company is looking for smart and talented Accountant to join our team.


Experience Required :

-
Three to Five years of UAE work experience, ideally having worked in an accountancy firm or a real estate in a similar role.

The potential candidate should have:
1.Degree in accountancy or dual with finance is a must and other relevant qualifications will be seen favourably.

2. Knowledge/experience in accounting software’s.

Responsibility,


• Day-to-day Accounting operations..


• Developing & implementing systems, conducting profitability analysis and preparing key reports to exercise financial control to enhance the overall efficiency of the organisation.


• Leading the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and administering the finalisation of financial statements.


• Developed & implemented automated financial accounting systems that increased transparency and reduced processing time for control, security, standardisation, improved service and cost reduction.

• Established a cash flow reporting system with a critical focus on operating, investment & financing flow.

Requirements and skills:-

• Only Asian Nationalities

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Abroad and must have experience up to the monthly accounts finalisation .

• MS Excel, word, ERP, Outlook and Tally
• Academic qualification: Bachelor/Master in Accounting and finance, CA, ACCA, CPA

• Location: Abudhabi, MBZcity
• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,500
